While building our program, we were also inspired by Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why” Movement where we strongly believe that one of the fundamental issue to the Gap in the Workforce today has also to do with the “WHY”.

As part of our efforts to help spread the movement on “Start with WHY” movement, we are proud to present to you a personal online WHY Discovery Course which would help you uncover the gap that could help inspire you towards a more purposeful career that leads to a happier and better life. We have incorporated this training to be either a standalone program where you could take this as a independently or together with other programs as a bundle.

“This course is for individuals to discover their Why. It is not designed to help an organization discover their overarching Why. However, this course may be a valuable tool to help you articulate the Why of your organization if you are the founder or visionary. Your personal Why is directly linked to Why of your organization.
